There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise. Paratha Express is an establishment started by one such woman. After constantly juggling jobs due to a lack of education, Anandi Joshi started her Paratha corner in 2014. From a simple Paratha shop, it has now bloomed into a small-scale business. Currently, she provides catering and tiffin services consisting of a variety of vegetarian dishes. Her food has a homely and warm touch, which is loved by her customers. Despite numerous hardships, she has always been passionate about working and has big expectations for her restaurant. Her message to other female entrepreneurs is no matter how small the start is, it always has the potential to grow bigger.
